Day 2 - Las Vegas, Utah and Northern Arizona

We arrived in Las Vegas at 3:30 AM, slept for 4 hours and then Sam delivered a motorcycle he had sold to a customer in Vegas before we toured the Strip of Las Vegas on our way to the North Rim Grand Canyon. The views were just gorgeous! I even had a hand at driving today, and didn't take any cars out while changing lanes or turning!! :o)

When we finally arrived at the Kaibab RV Campground, Johnny played his guitar for us while Sam grilled Salmon and burgers for dinner. What a peaceful and beautiful campground. We are about 35 mintues from the North Rim Grand Canyon which we will tour tomorrow.

Day 1 - And we're off!

Well, we had the best intentions of leaving at 7 PM! After packing up the motorhome and getting all the last minute stuff we forgot, we finally pulled out at 10 PM... oh well. It is amazing how everything for 6 people fit so nicely and there is plenty of room still! We have a trailer with 2 quadrunners, 1 dirt bike and 1 motorcycle (which Sam is delivering to a customer in Las Vegas).

Kenda, Johnny and Paige brought their DS games and were playing a game against each other via satelite! Now they are all passed out as Sam and I are cruising along toward Las Vegas. The motorhome is pulling the weight smoothly.

We hopefully will pull into the RV Resort by 3 AM.
